Mission Blue Leadership, Inc. was founded to create lasting change for economically disadvantaged youth, at-risk youth, and young adults. Supported by volunteers, donors, and the brotherhood of the Tau Zeta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., MBL provides mentorship, leadership development, scholarships, educational resources, and career-focused support that prepare young people for every phase of life.
We believe leadership and opportunity should never be limited by circumstance. With many young people facing educational, economic, and social barriers, early mentorship and positive intervention can help create a different path before those challenges lead to more serious consequences.
Through partnerships with local schools and the Collin County community, MBL works to engage, challenge, and inspire young men to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. From mentoring and executive coaching to scholarships, technology, and school supplies, we invest in the resources young people need to become confident leaders and build stronger futures.
